  My overall experience was upset by the fact that I entered the store twice, before being recognized. Upon my first entry, I found one person managing the entire store, (siitting in front of a PC, watching something,) who didn't lift their head up for the 3-4 minutes I walked around the store once, to say hello, or see who I was, or what I was doing. I went back to my car and waited for my partner to arrive so we could go in and look together. I was so upset by my initial impression I was thinking to send them in alone and see if they got the same reaction, but instead, we both walked in. This time around the sales rep was far more attentive. We got a name, were asked what we were in the market for and walked around the store. If the second attempt had been our first entry to this location, it would have been a better review.
  Coming from a retail background, I was off put by the fact that I wasn't greeted, at all, the first time I entered the store. Should we chose to purchase a mattress from this retailer we will not be returning to this store to make the purchase. Especially since mattress sales are highly commissioned and the first impression was so bad.
